The Mallory Park is part of the BARC group of companies that organises some of the most prestigious meetings on the International Racing Calendar, and administers many of the leading UK Motor Racing Championships.

Mallory Park hosts a great selection of motor sport throughout each year from British Superbikes, Vintage & Classic events for both cars & Motorcycles plus many grass roots club events.

Mallory Park is also the ideal location for Conferences, Corporate Hospitality, Trade Exhibitions, business meetings from 2 – 200 people and much more.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just select the items you wish to purchase following the on screen instructions. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments from Access, Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We use a highly secure system for protecting the integrity of your personal details, where the details are readable only by yourself and ourselves. During transmission through the Internet, the details remain scrambled.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Shipping And Handling
We do not make delivery charges for sending out Race Meeting tickets, Paddock Transfer tickets or Grandstand Seat tickets by ordinary first class mail.

Remember - Insignia, Clothing, Souvenir and Gift prices DO NOT include the cost of Postage and Packing. This is additional as shown for each item and covers the UK only. Overseas deliveries will be charged at cost.

Delivery Schedule
Orders for insignia, clothing, souvenirs and gifts are normally delivered right away.

If the required items are out of stock when your order is received, you will be advised of an expected date of dispatch. The dispatch of tickets for Race Meetings, Paddock Transfers and Grandstand Seats will commence at least 14 days before the event. We send Race Meeting tickets etc. by First Class Mail. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery or late delivery of tickets. You are recommended to use Recorded Delivery to ensure a record of the Post Office successfully delivering your tickets, but you should be aware that the use of this service does not speed up delivery, and that the tickets will only be delivered against a signature. The safest and quickest method is provided by the Post Office Special Delivery service, which provides target delivery times and compensation, although a signature has to be provided by the receiver.

Back Orders
If any item is not in stock when your order is received, we will advise you of a likely dispatch date.
You will always be entitled to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Any monies already received for cancelled items will be returned to your credit card provider immediately after receiving notice that the order has been cancelled.

Tax Charges
Orders received for delivery within the UK or the European Union; incur a 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) charge where appropriate. The prices displayed within our "Online Catalogue" are INCLUSIVE of VAT where appropriate.

If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK and consider that you should not be charged VAT, please contact us before placing your order, and we will make special arrangements.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted by the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or as they pass through the Internet.

Mallory Park, (Motorsport) Ltd will not disclose customer information to third parties.  Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy
If we send you articles that you have not ordered, we will replace them as soon as possible. Please advise us of the error before returning them, and we will agree how the articles should be addressed in order to ensure an efficient replacement.

We would strongly advise you to use the Recorded Delivery service when returning goods, as in cases of non-arrival; we will not be able to accept Proof of Purchase.

We will compensate you for any reasonable postal expenses incurred in returning the wrong articles.

If articles are damaged in transit, you should also contact us before returning them. If possible we would like to see the packaging as well as the damaged articles. We will agree how the articles should be addressed to us in order to ensure an efficient replacement.

We would strongly advise you to use the Recorded Delivery service when returning damaged goods, as in cases of non-arrival, we will not be able to accept Proof of Postage.

We will compensate you for any reasonable postal expenses incurred in returning the damaged articles.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right does not apply to Race Meeting Tickets or goods which have already been personalised to your order, such as shirts that have been embroidered with your name.

We would strongly advise you to use the Recorded Delivery service when returning goods, as in cases of non-arrival; we will not be able to accept Proof of Purchase.

Please give us at least two weeks to process your refund once we have received your goods the refund will be credited to the original payment card account.

If you order the wrong race admission tickets, they will only be refunded or exchanged before the date of the meeting on the tickets.
